Regular sports massage can shorten recovery time between work-outs and improve blood flow to the muscles. Before activity massage warms the muscles, and improves blood flow preparing for increased athletic endurance and reducing the likelihood of injury. It is useful before or after sport to enhance performance and help to prevent injury by reducing tension in the muscles. Following a consulatation to assess your needs this very specific massage concentrates on the fronts and backs of legs and also the back, neck and shoulders.
