Product Description

Suaimhneas , ‘Stress Strangler‘ is a wonderful aromatherapy blend of orange essential oil combined with frankincense essential oil, sweet almond oil and rosemary leaf extract.  It is best used as a massage oil in order to ease the stress of modern living.  Spend 5 minutes massaging the oil into shoulders and/or  back to help relieve tension.  Also, very gently massage some stress strangler into the abdomen to help relieve nervous tension.

You can also pour some stress strangler into a bath in order to aid relaxation.

Active ingedients:

Orange essential oil dispels tension, stress and encourages a positive outlook.  It is a reviving oil with a calming action on the stomach. (Sellar 1992).

Frankinscence essential oil slows down breathing and produces feelings of calm.  It also soothes the stomach, easing digestion (Sellar 1992).

Other benefits: As our massage blends contain Sweet Almond Oil and Rosemary Leaf Extract, which are easily absorbed, they also leave the skin soft and silky.  So not only do you get the benefit of wonderful essential oils for your wellbeing, but your skin also benefits from the nourishing natural ingredients.

Precautions: Do not use when pregnant.  Orange essential oil can cause phototoxicity so do not used before going into the sun.  In case of sensitivity, test on skin before massage.  Keep away from mucous membranes.  Oils make surfaces slippery so take care when using in the bath.  Contains nut oil.

I feel i have to share this wee tip. I use this on a family member who has Autism, hypersensitive to smell & heightened anxiety especially in crowds. I rub this on the back of his hand & dab it on his inner wrist like perfume. I see him sniffing it when he feels anxious & so far it’s working a treat. We even managed a shopping trip recently. We are so pleased as its not drugging him , it’s something so simple but seems to be helping. Thank you Mil Balm
